Yes! BGC PCS is a tuition-free public charter school, open to all students residing in Baltimore County, Maryland.

The school is approved as a K-8 program and plans to start with Kindergarten through 3rd grade, adding one grade level each year until reaching 8th grade. Due to ongoing facility challenges, opening is now targeted for Fall 2026 (the 2026-2027 school year).

The school offers a 50/50 dual language immersion model with instruction in English and French or English and Mandarin Chinese (not Spanish, to provide unique options beyond commonly available programs).

Enrollment is open to Baltimore County residents only and is determined by an annual lottery when applications exceed available seats. Families should check the school’s website for current application details and lottery timelines.
